Clients may cancel or modify services by contacting VorteX Global Solution at least [48 hours/72 hours] prior to the scheduled service time.
Cancellations or modifications made less than [48 hours] before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees:
More than [48 hours] notice: No charge.
Less than [48 hours] but more than [24 hours] notice: [50% of the total service fee].
Less than [24 hours] notice: [100% of the total service fee].
No-Show or Late Arrival:
If the client fails to be present at the scheduled pick-up location at the agreed-upon time, or if they fail to provide the necessary access for security services, the full-service fee will apply.
A delay in arrival caused by the client may result in an additional charge for extended service time or resources used.
Force Majeure:
In the event of an emergency, natural disaster, or other unforeseeable events beyond the company’s control, VorteX will not be liable for cancellations or delays. The company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services as soon as possible.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be provided if a service is canceled by the company, or if the service cannot be provided as agreed due to internal issues or circumstances that are the company’s responsibility.
Exceptions:
Special circumstances such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested.
Payment Terms:
All cancellations should be confirmed in writing via [email/phone]. Once a cancellation is confirmed, any applicable fees will be processed immediately.
If the service is paid for in advance, any refundable amounts will be issued within 10 business days, subject to the cancellation policy.
